BED BUGS AND ROACHES!!!

I see someone taking out a mattress almost every day. The bed bugs must be rolling through here like wildfire.

I too saw the bed bug mattress that sat outside for 3 days. I turned around and went a diff way to avoid it. I kill 5 roaches a day. They bombed building across from me cause hoarder had bed bugs.

U can see the *** thru their window! bombing does NOT work for bed bugs. Heat is the only thing that kills them. Google is your friend.

They produce enzymes that nuetralize poisons. A LICENSE PROFESSIONAL will heat apt/house w/ special heaters til place is 140 degrees for 2 hrs. Thing is this place isnt using any licensed professional & that is against the law!!!!In state of AZ bed bugs are considered a public nuisance & health hazard & landlord MUST hire a licensed professional. Not their maintenance ppl.

Know your laws. If you have bed bugs, demand they send in a LICENSED PROFESSIONAL who will use heat if they are worth their salt.

This place is a DUMP. I'm calling health dept after reading these posts

Continuous Theft

I moved into these apartments after they advertised new management and a great deal. This is my first time renting. In the past 4 months since I have lived here items have started to disappear. It started with $150 cash being taken off my dresser. I dismissed it as maybe I lost it and took the loss as a hard lesson. Then I noticed my iPad mini was misplaced. After looking for it over and over I realize it is not in this house. After the iPad incident, I checked to make sure all of my stuff was here and could not find my coach tote bag. This is ridiculous. Today I come home and my convection oven that has been on my kitchen counter since I moved in is missing along with two pieces of silver jewelry. I have never felt so violated. I don't have a regular schedule. I am in and out of the house at all different times of the day, sometimes not leaving for days at a time. The only way someone could manage to come into my apartment and steal things is if they are constantly watching to see when I leave. There are maintenance men who live in the apartments and I am starting to believe it could only be them. In the 4 months I have lived here they have changed management 3 times. Wonder why....? I don't even want to pay rent when someone is obviously stealing items out of my house. I feel helpless and angry. Even other tenants have claimed to have items moved around in their house and after moving in, friends told me they heard plenty of stories of the maintenance men stealing from tenants. The only upper hand I have on this situation is that whatever *** is stealing from me doesn't know that my iPad is connected to my phone service so I have the information to report it stolen. Hopefully that will lead to some answers.

Sedona Springs Apartments - Roaches Review

I am extremely clean, I take the trash out after every meal, bleach & wash dishes after every meal & bleach counters, vacuum daily especially where dining table is, I have sealed apt & tried boric acid, Raid, etc. I even opened electrical sockets, put boric acid down & sealed them to no avail!

I kill at least 3 roaches a day.

One morning I killed 10 in less than an hour. I am completely stressed out & living for the day my lease is up

Roaches and bed bugs. If they spent half the time they spend on landscaping, they could take care of this

Sedona Springs Apartments - No air conditioning provided (Tucson, AZ - desert) but utilities are included - Got to Stop This Scumlord Mentality

The same thing just happened to my family recently. It was 93 degrees inside the apartment and my kids got sick (think one of them had a mini stroke - has not been the same since).

Sedona Springs will NOT turn on the AC until it has been 85 degrees outside for 10 consecutive days, all while our computers heated the 2 bedroom apartment to where it was 93 degrees (which the apartment complex did not take into consideration). Please let us know of your situation legally with Gaines Investment Trust (Sedona Springs (formally Mountain Vista Apartments) in Tucson, AZ). Gaines Investment Trust is in La Jolla, California and my family is "technically" still a resident of California which may help from a legal point of view in filing a civil lawsuit or even perhaps a "class action" in which it will cost us $5000, but well worth, and we will sue to have reimbursed. Any information from any disgruntled parties would be appreciated to help build a legal case.

The heat exhaustion is just one of the problems we encountered. Please email janqa2012@***.com. P.S. - We will soon be contacting a lawyer in the State of California (because we are also residents of this state and Gaines Investment Trust resides in La Jolla, CA, so we have to file a civil suit in which the staff of Sedona Springs in Tucson will have fly there.

Any information you have against Sedona Springs (aka Mountain Vista Apartments in Tucson, AZ on Wilmont Rd, would be invaluable - Please share with us so we can put a stop to these scumlords and the conditions and anguish caused to many residents currently and previously.

~ With very kind regards, On behalf of the Brown Family. ~
